     Our Discriminating shopper, Cynthia Philo, has been Executive Director of the Old City District for 6 years since the beginning of the District.   The OCD started in 1998 as a business improvement district/ municipal authority to help improve the Old City commercial area.  Cynthia invites you to "Shop. Dine. Explore."  the magic of the "hip-storic" Old City District!  Over 200 restaurants, retail boutiques and galleries are all within walking distance of the nation's most historic square mile.  There is always something new to discover in the Old City District.
