Dog Wash Services

You Wash!
You bring a dirty dog, we provide the tub, sprayer, Earthbath natural
shampoos or natural flea/tick shampoos, conditioner, spritzes, brushes, nail clippers, shears, chamois
towel, apron, forced air dryer. You wash your dog, we clean up after
you! Wash times are generally about 20 minutes and are a flat $15.00.
Although walk-ins are accepted, we encourage you to call ahead to make
sure the tub is free or make an appointment in advance!
We Wash!
No time to wash your dog yourself? Let us do it for you! We'll do
everything while you run errands or just relax! Just leave your dog with
us and you'll return to a clean, shiny pooch that smells good too!
Wash n’ Go includes choice of Earthbath shampoo, quick brush out, towel dry. Generally takes about 15 minutes.
Full Service
includes choice of Earthbath shampoo, brush out, fluff blow dry, a nail
trim, ear cleaning, tooth brushing, and anal gland expression.
Generally takes about 30-45 minutes.
The Furminator reduces shedding by 60 - 80% for four to six weeks! A
thorough pre-bath brush out of the undercoat, a full service bath and
blow-dry, a post-drying brush out of any remaining undercoat, a nail
trim, ear cleaning, tooth brushing, and anal gland expression. Generally
takes about 45-60 minutes.

BONeJOUR Pet Supply reserves the right to adjust prices based on the individual pet. Some dogs are more challenging than others due to behavior, style of coat, etc. Prices shown above are estimates only!
DIY Services are available all business hours, as long as the groomer is not using the facilities. Although walk-ins are accepted, we encourage you to call ahead or make an appointment to ensure we are ready for you.
We wash services are available by appointment only on certain days of the week. Just ask! We generally don’t accept day-of appointments.. Please plan to schedule at least a day in advance. Please plan to drop off no more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment and pick up at the end of your appointment. We are not licensed as a holding facility and you will be charged a fee if you do not pick up your dog in a timely fashion. Thanks!

Grooming Agreement
Current Vaccinations/Veterinarian Information: By signing this contract, owners verify their pets are current on Rabies, Distemper and Parvo-Virus. Proof of Vaccination or current Titer testing shall be provided to BONeJOUR upon request.
Aggressive and Dangerous Pets: Owners MUST inform BONeJOUR if your pet(s) bite, has bitten, or is aggressive to people, other pets or specific grooming procedures. Muzzles may be used if necessary. Muzzling will not harm your pet, and protects both the pet and the groomer. BONeJOUR reserves the right to refuse/stop services for such pet(s) at any time before or during the grooming process, and charge a handling fee for Aggressive Dogs in addition to the regular grooming charge. If the pet should bite, the owner agrees to be responsible for any and all related medical bills, recovery costs, loss of income and equipment damage.
Health, Medical Problems & Senior Pets: Grooming procedures can sometimes be stressful, especially for a senior or ill pet or pet and can expose hidden medical problems or aggravate a current one during or after the groom. BONeJOUR shall exercise reasonable care for your pet. In the best interest of your pet this contract/agreement will give BONeJOUR permission to obtain immediate veterinary treatment for your pet should it be deemed necessary. We will do our best to contact you first, then take your pet to a Veterinarian. It is agreed that all expenses for Veterinary care will be covered by the pet's owner upon signing this contract/agreement.
Accidents: There is always the possibility an accident could occur. Even though we use extreme caution and care in all situations, possible problems could occur. In most cases this can happen when a pet is wiggling or moving around. Every effort will be made to insure your pet is groomed as safely as possible, and is taken care of in an emergency. All pets are cared for by BONeJOUR without liability on our part for loss or damage, from disease, death, running away, theft, fire, injury to persons, or other animals or property by said pet, or other unavoidable causes, providing due diligence and normal care and caution having been exercised.
Parasites: If you suspect your pet has fleas or ticks, prompt and thorough action on YOUR part will be needed. Flea infestations can lead to tapeworm and other health problems. We do offer effective products and can apply treatment if requested. If fleas or ticks are found during the grooming process, your pet will receive a flea bath to kill the parasites and an extra charge will be applied. Ticks found will be removed and an additional charge may be applied. If ticks are found, we strongly suggest you have your pet tested for Lyme Disease or other tick borne illnesses. Please note that parasites are a health hazard to your pet as well as to humans.
Payment: Payment will be made upon collection of the pet. Estimates are based on an average pet but owners must remember that some pets will require extensive extra work and that this will be charged for on an hourly basis.
Late Pick-Ups: Please be on time to pick-up your pet(s). We work by Appointment and do not have the staff or facilities for your pet to stay after the groom has been completed. To enforce this policy, a $20 fee per 15 minutes may be added to your bill.
No-shows & Cancellations: No shows, last minute cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or continual re-scheduling are subject to a $25.00 FEE PER PET which will be added to your next appointment. You may reserve another appointment by credit card for a full groom and the no-show fee. We understand there are emergency situations and will work with you, but not on a continued basis. Please be respectful of our time as we are a by-appointment business, and another client could have taken your appointment if we knew. Please note - No Shows or Last Minute Cancellations during Holiday weeks will result in a $45 no show fee and pre-payment may be needed prior to ALL future appointments.
