New! Grain-Free Canidae and Felidae!

So we've carried Canidae and Felidae for a while... both are basic, good quality, all-natural holistic foods. We have recently begun to stock their Grain-Free formulas in both dog and cat foods!

Canidae's original ALS formula changed a while back, and a lot of people reported their dogs having skin issues and tummy issues after the change to pearl barley as a grain source. We love our customer's pets, so we only want to recommend food that we personally endorse. We decided it was worth looking into this new Grain-Free food to see if we could trust Canidae's new formula. We give it a thumbs up!

Here's why we like Canidae and Felidae Grain-Free:
1. It comes in Salmon! It's rare to find a fish-based grain-free formula. This is great for dogs and cats with allergies to the more common proteins (i.e., chicken).
2. It's affordable! A 5lb bag is only 12.99-13.99 as compared to 14.99-15.99 (6.6 lb EVO), 15.99-17.99 (5.5 lb Orijen), or 12.99 (4lb Barking at the Moon).
3. It's 80% meat, 20% fruits and veggies. It's 34% protein, which is really high! It has NO grains, which means no skin issues or tummy issues due to allergies to pearl barley.
4. No grain/filler means less poop!

Check out some reviews of the food. It would be a great one to try if your pet has chicken, wheat, corn, or other grain allergies, skin/coat problems, or you're just looking for a more affordable grain-free food to switch to!
